Success according to Oxford Dictionary is the achievement of a set target or goal.  Success, as perceived by many, is being rich or wealthy; or the extent of wealth acquisition someone had attained. Well, to me, it is not just achieving set goals that will make someone rich or wealthy rather, it is however, how many people or lives you’ve impacted using what you have; be it your skills, talents or ideas. This is what I describe as true success and that’s what we shall be considering in this article. Simply, you do not decide to become a pursuer of money, rather you decide to be a solution specialist.
Success is people-dependent.  In essence, there is no success for you until you discover the needs of the people around you and begin to address those needs with your endowments.   We are created to complement each other because no man is an island but we, discovering what we have inside of us, developing them and applying them, makes us irresistible.  Life exists in duality and it does not come in equal reciprocity rather it comes in double portion or more of what you have giving into it.  Simply put, life involves a Give - Take theory.

This I explained in the psychology of faster accomplishment. Whatever you discover, will make you recover. Give your world your positive discoveries that will eliminate their problems and you will reap the wealth of the nation. You sow and reap.  Put that in mind.
In essence, you must refine what you have; be it skills, talents or  ideas,  into marketable products before success starts sending you an invitation.  With this, the greatest limitation to a man’s success is HIMSELF; his inability to discover his endowments, refine or develop them, package and market them lucratively. We are in a generation where greater percentage of the employees want to work where they perceive there is no work. For instance in the civil service sectors of most economies.  Please, if you must succeed, do not do/take a job because you need money but do/take a job for the reality of it that you want to improve your skills and expand your knowledge base thereby making  you become irresistible in your area of interest.  Do not think of being an employee till your death, decide to create job that will liberate others from joblessness and poverty. You have too much inside of you to waste it now!
The Get-Rich-Fast Syndrome had so much fed fraudulence with an impressive strength such that it had become the order of the day; giving birth to indiscriminate killings, violence, negative addictions, kidnapping, terrorism among other social vices. Ignorance!!! It had led many to an untimely grave. Short-cuts will always lead us to deep and long graves. We’ve been trained with impatience as our companion.  Majority does not want to get themselves into the right process of life and so, the consequence of impatience had become a re-occurring decimal in our generation.  Any means through which you acquire wealth that do not transform and impact the people positively is fraudulent. Simply, any success that is not changing the people for good, is duping the people for worse.

Always remember, true success is people-dependent. It is the success that sees people’s needs and offer solutions to them. The number of people you impact determines the level of your success.  Decide to impact the whole world and you will possess the wealth of the nations.  True success is that which you can grow, retain, maintain and sustain.  It is not one that grows and flies away.  It   is that which fills you with peace, joy and a sense of accomplishment.  It is not the one that is filled with regrets of life.  True success is not a short-cut; it is a PROCESS. In the contrary, false success is selfish and possesses serious killer instinct. It kills every source of joy and peace that were ever open to you and imprisons you in the cage of regret.  It brings untimely death to whoever that invites it.  It goes as it comes so it has no retentive, sustenance and maintenance structure.
The bedrock for success is confidence and action.  According Benson Idahosa, “If you must succeed, you must learn how to take yourself out of conflict and put yourself in confidence”.   Decide to decide. Develop a global vision, count the cost, take the risk and be ready to jump into the flight of unending success.
