Executive Summary
BNT Consortium International is a non-profit oriented corporate firm that seeks to impact interested candidates with the right knowledge in all areas of their career that will provoke great success. Following the statistics by National Bureau of Statistics in 2011, unemployment rate had kept on increasing from 5.3% in 2006 to 23.90% in 2011 and had averaged 14.1% in 2011 (Nigeria). This simply means that the more graduates we produce, the more unemployment rate increases but this is an abnormal situation. Of a true, there may not be enough jobs for everybody but we have come to realize that the case is that most of our graduates are only schooled but not professionally competent and skillful to be absorbed by most employers not even as trainees and this had resulted to our government and multi-million companies seeking for expatriates from outside the country. For this, we are so passionate in training graduates, job seeker, undergraduate students and corporate bodies alike, to empower them with the right skills and knowledge so that they can become irresistible and stand as professional giants in their areas of specialization. In doing this, we found the internet a good means of knowledge dissemination as such, this training.

Lectures and Updates
 Our lecture summary notes shall be published via www.bntconsortiuminternational.blogspot.com while the main lecture materials will be forwarded to candidates’ email addresses. Our discussion forum will be via Facebook on BNT Consortium International and on our weblog.

Registration
Registration is 100% free. To register, send us a mail with the tag “TRAINING” to bntconsortium@gmail.com or via our weblog. You can also send the tag to +2347062628598. After registration, we shall send a notification of approval to you, then you can login to our Facebook group and weblog page to access our discussions.

 Training Duration
A Seven-day training course.
Training starts: January 28, 2013 by 12:00AM (12:00HR GMT).
Training stops: February 3, 2013 by 12:00AM (12:00HR GMT).

REQUIREMENT
1.      Access to internet either using a phone or PC.
2.      No pre-requisite knowledge needed.

RULES
1.      Must always access the internet to download materials. 
2.      Must join our discussion forum on BNT Consortium International Facebook group and our weblog. 
3.      Assignments are not to be discussed either on our weblog or Facebook group. This is to curtail   malpractice. We advice that you ask questions where you do not understand but never publish an answer on the internet. This will disqualify you.  
4.      Invite your friends who are only interested to participate in the training. 
5.      No use of abusive words, slangs or other unprofessional words on our weblog or Facebook forum.  This is to breed the spirit of professionalism in us. 
6.      The links which shall be sent to you in course of the training are not to be made public or sent to friends.

ASSESSMENT
There shall be homework, tests and examination which shall be marked and forwarded to your inbox.

CERTIFICATES
Successful candidates shall be issued a certificate of proficiency in Corporate Ethics, Human Resource Management and Job Skills.
